Grilled Rib-Eye Steak

Rich texture, tender and smooth meat, with a strong savory aroma.

RIBEYE

Ingredients List

Ribeye steak (4cm thickness)
Sea salt: 2 teaspoons
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil: As needed
Sliced garlic: As needed
Rosemary: As needed
Clarified butter: As needed

How to Grill

STEP 1

Season the steak with an appropriate amount of sea salt. Massage the seasoning into the meat to marinate and enhance the flavor.

STEP 2

Turn on the steak grill and preheat for 5 minutes until it reaches 800°C. You can also place a 10-inch heat-proof ceramic plate in the bottom tray of the grill to preheat.

STEP 3

Place the steak on the grill grate, positioned on the third layer. Grill each side for 2.5 minutes, aiming for a medium-rare doneness.

STEP 4

Take out the steak and heat-proof ceramic plate, then slice the steak evenly and arrange it on the plate.

STEP 5

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of clarified butter onto the plate, place the sliced steak on top, and add the rosemary and garlic cloves.

STEP 6

Put the steak with the plate again on to the grill grate, positioned on the 5th layer, and grill for 30 seconds until the butter is bubbling. Then, take the plate and steak out from the grill.

Grilled Filet Steak

Filet, also known as beef tenderloin, is one of the most tender and most expensive cuts of cattle. It features uniform muscle fibers and a mild flavor profile.

Ingredients List

Tenderloin steak(5cm thickness)
Sea salt: To taste
Freshly ground black pepper: To taste
Vegetable oil: Small amount

How to Grill

STEP 1

Preheat the steak grill for 5 minutes until it reaches 800°C.

STEP 2

Wash prepared vegetables and place them in the bottom tray. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt, toss to coat evenly. Position on the lowest rack.

STEP 3

Secure the steak with butcher’s twine, insert a food thermometer, and place it on the grill grate in the medium-heat zone (4th rack from the top).

STEP 4

Grill for 5 minutes per side until the core temperature reaches 52°C, forming a golden-brown crust. Target doneness: medium-rare.

STEP 5

Remove steak and rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

STEP 6

Take out grilled vegetables, season with sea salt and black pepper. Plate alongside steak.
(Recommended vegetable grilling time: 10–12 minutes)

Thin-Sliced Wagyu Sirloin Steak

From the beef loin, with firm texture and distinct flavor.

How to Grill

STEP 1

Follow the grilling tips to complete pre-preparation before grilling. Preheat the steak grill for 5 minutes until it reaches 800°C.

STEP 2

Wash the vegetables and place them in the bottom food tray. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt, then toss evenly. Place them in the lowest rack of the grill.

STEP 3

Place the steak on the grill grate and position it on the second layer. Grill each side for 1 min 30 sec, aiming for a medium-rare doneness.

STEP 4

Rest the steak for 3-5 minutes, then slice and season with sea salt and black pepper to finish.

STEP 5

Remove the grilled vegetables and arrange them on the plate alongside the steak. (Recommended vegetable grilling time: 10-12 minutes.)

Grilled Tomahawk Steak

Tomahawk steak, which is a bone-in ribeye

Tomahawk steak (6cm thickness)
Sea salt: 2 teaspoons
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil: A small amount
Rosemary: A small amount

How to Grill

STEP 1

Turn on the steak grill and preheat for 5 minutes until it reaches 800°C.

STEP 2

Wash the vegetables and place them in the bottom food tray. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt, and toss evenly. Place it in the lowest rack of the grill.

STEP 3

Put the steak on the grill grate, positioned in the 4th rack. Grill each side for 2 mins 30 sec, until getting a brown, crispy crust.

STEP 4

Take out the steak and reposition it in the 7th rack. Wait until the internal temperature of the steak reaches 52°C-54°C, then take it out to rest. This will result in a medium doneness.

STEP 5

Use kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil from the surface. Rest the steak for 5 minutes, then slice and season with sea salt and black pepper.

STEP 6

Take out the grilled vegetables and arrange them on the plate alongside the steak. (Recommended vegetable grilling time: 10-12 minutes.)

How to Grill

STEP 1

Preparation Steps

Clean the prawns, make a slit along the back to remove the vein, then pat dry and make skewers for grilling.

STEP 2

Evenly coat the prawn with vegetable oil, sea salt, and black pepper, then set aside.

STEP 3

Prepare the garlic butter sauce: Cut the butter into small pieces and mix it with the minced garlic, rosemary, and chopped parsley (optional) in a heat-proof container. Add an appropriate amount of black pepper and sea salt to create the base flavor.

STEP 1

Turn on the steak grill and preheat for 5 minutes until it reaches 500°C.

STEP 2

Evenly coat the prawn with vegetable oil, sea salt, and black pepper, then set aside.

STEP 3

Prepare the garlic butter sauce: Cut the butter into small pieces and mix it with the minced garlic, rosemary, and chopped parsley (optional) in a heat-proof container. Add an appropriate amount of black pepper and sea salt to create the base flavor.

STEP 4

Put back the prawn to the 2nd layer of the grill and continue grilling for another 5 minutes.

Take out the shrimp and plate them. Add the chopped fresh parsley to the garlic butter sauce.

Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the prawn and serve.
